Mick and his team lowered all our upstairs ceilings, removed a chimney breast and converted our loft into a third bedroom. During the initial meeting when Mick came to quote, we felt reassured by everything he said and the advice he gave us. He looked at the plans that the architect had drawn up and explained exactly what required doing. He told us how long it would take, and what would happen at each stage of the build. Having had other quotes, we were also happy with the amount quoted, and apart from the removal of an extra chimney breast, this was what we paid. We moved out for the first 3 weeks of the work whilst the ceilings were lowered, then we came home and the team worked around us. The plasterers, sparky, and everyone else employed by Mick, who is a fantastic joiner himself, did a great job and we always felt comfortable with them in the house. A special thanks to Andy who was around most of the time and therefore had to put up with us more than the others; we enjoyed his singing!! Mick, in his quiet way, made us feel reassured and is obviously used to giving advice to indecisive clients which really helped us. The final result is FANTASTIC. We have had a few tradesmen in since to do various work in the house and they all say how fantastic it looks and ask who did it. We now have a 3rd bedroom which conforms to building regulations and it is a huge space. Three Velux windows were fitted which means it is light and airy, and, because the ceilings were lowered, we can stand up straight in almost all of it. We also have two massive storage areas running the full length of the house down both sides of the bedroom which is a great bonus to the build. In short, Mick and his team worked really hard to give us an end result we love and therefore I cannot recommend MW Lofts enough, they have done a fantastic job.

MW lofts & Construction fitted our new kitchen, we were very pleased with the end result. Plus the price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend them.
