RUDE! Today was our first and will be our last! Please do not waste your time and effort in choosing to dine at this horrendous place of rude abrupt individuals, who clearly lack social etiquette! We arrived at this place with our baby in his pushchair. The front house person clearly saw us struggling to enter, chose to stare and watch up struggle whilst his very own customer came to our rescue! He had a very sour welcoming and took us to our table in silent. After ordering our food we were told we could not use a groupon code we had with us- due to the 24hr rule (we were unaware of this). We chose to leave at this point since we couldnt use our voucher and more so with the fact we felt very uncomfortable. Whilst we sat and waited to pay for our drinks before existing, the rude owner stood at the counter glaring at us with a very sour face and look. The whole experience was just sour and unpleasant. Its such a shame since it couldve been a place to revisit since we love Italian cuisine. Do not waste your time and energy in visiting, youll just be left with a very sour taste and even more so if you had to sit through a meal and pay! No human deserves this.

Remo the Italian owner is the most obnoxious person Ive ever come across. Turns his nose up at vouchers. Yet they are the reason his business is still running. Because he scams people saying they cant use a voucher and makes them pay full price. Then redeems the voucher too! Voucher may be cheap but the food is average. Keep your dignity and go somewhere else. Staff at Bibis or San Carlo are so much hospitable and the quality of food is so much better.
