        Had to cancel birthday booking. Our 9 yr old had sickness and 2 of our party got Covid. Phoned to explain but they were just not interested. Charging us 80. Not good at all as cannot help being ill. Not once on booking was anything mentioned about cancellations due to sudden illness. An absolute disgrace, will never book again !
