I would be very wary of giving this company any of your personal details as they do not take GDPR seriously. I have returned 4 letters to them that have been addressed to previous occupants. Last time I explained if any others come I will be reporting to ICO. Today I am reporting to ICO.

I give one star because that is the minimum. This company is appallingly run. They do not respond to correspondence except with irrelevant computer-generated form letters. AVOID.

Terrible customer service on the phone and the customer services rep refused to wait on the phone while I reported a problem. Not the behaviour of a good broker at all. Choose another one
