Plusnet are a bad company! I needed to cancel my contract as I was moving house but wasn't ready to move into our new house and they wouldn't just pause my account until I moved in. They said it was fine to cancel and they didn't explain that there was a cancellation fee which I would have been fine to pay then wouldn't speak to me. I rang them 3 time and sent numerous emails for a manager to speak to me and all I got was a manager would call me back. Then instructed bailiff to chase me for the payment while I was waiting for a manager to call me. Plusnet is a sister company of BT and they all think this is acceptable practice of instructing bailiff to bully people into paying bills without discussing unacceptable charges. Do not use them! I'll still be awaiting Plusnet's response

Avoid !!! I ordered four sim cards for our family mobiles wanting to stay on the EE network due to signal at home. For over a week now PlusNet has been unable to port across our numbers. I have spoken to them three times and started an email complaint but all they can say is they will try again. I've had the pac codes but now the number I have had for over 20 years is lost in the ether. I can't use my phone as an MFA device as I can't get text messages and my number is on my email footers and business cards. The complaint I have raised will be answered in another week!! The best I can say is they are polite but the actual service is p poor. Update; my number was lost for just over a week. My previous supplier couldn't revert as they had passed the number. I am uping to two stars as the contact who dealt with it was good although pretty powerless. She did a good job in a bad situation. I am now switching away.

Be aware Plusnet have 0 customer service cancelled contract and tried to charge me fee. The UK needs to step in on business discrimination committing fraud on an industrial scale spoke to 6-8 advisers literally doing there best to cost me as much as possible be very aware of the criminal methods of UK business today. This is civil war against public by business, the rich and employed or unions pretending to be at odds but just not doing what they should and getting paid. This is class discrimination and a civil war against the poor and self employed. Absolutely disgusting doing business with Plusnet and you are simply criminals conducting fraud on recorded calls. Broke my dpa when it suits them and re-write contract limitations to their own financial benefit. Be warned!
