V A Heritage

We have been working with Alexis on the refurbishment of our B&B into self catering accommodation which are sited in the old outbuildings of our farm. I have been impressed throughout with Alexis professionalism and creativity. Alexis is really thorough and the approach she takes to the initial consultation is very good so she really understands your preferences and what you want to achieve with the space. Our space is slightly awkward and she has come up with some great ideas. The design and colour palette she has come up with is fantastic - it is not something I would have been brave enough to go with on my own, but I am so excited to see the end result now. I would highly recommend Alexis to anyone who is planning a refurbishment project - I will certainly be working with her again. Service: Refurbishment

We approached Alexis to give us some help and inspiration with our living room, which we had fallen out of love with! We were at an impasse as to what to do with the space and how to make it more homely. Alexis was great! She listened to our thoughts and ideas and challenged us to be braver and more creative with the space whilst also incorporating some of our existing furniture. Alexis was very approachable and worked within an agreed time frame and budget. We are very happy with her ideas and would definitely recommend V A Heritage.

We had bought a victorian ground floor apartment and I was worried about making mistakes with the interior when we planned to decorate (been there, done that!) The property needed some respect. It's so difficult to always be able to visualise what will work. What fabrics, paint colour, style of furniture to go with. The fear of spending money and then realising that it hasn't worked out like you wanted! It just felt totally overwhelming! I never thought about hiring an interior designer but I'm so grateful I found Alexis. An amazing experience and Alexis is so kind and personable. Her manner, knowledge and experience were second to none. She instantly made me feel at ease and took the stress out of the whole experience. I loved the way she put a lot of time in to finding out about our style, personality and vision so she could put a sprinkling of what we are about into her designs and ideas.
