        Called, put on hold, then cut off. Called again, explained that there was an issue with a claim. Said that they would call back in 10 minutes to discuss the issue with his manager, but didn't. Can't get through so I'm still out of pocket....

        QBE are due to pay me my excess on a claim that wasnt my fault. Although agreeing to pay, I still havent received the money despite several weeks of chasing and now they no longer respond to correspondence. Very poor.
