    Awful service. My wifes car had a catalyctic converter stolen from it, 4 weeks later it's still sat on our drive and we're no further along in getting anything sorted. Do not take insurance with this company, they will just pass the buck and wash their hands with it.

    Shocking service from this company, no communication from them at all, my car was damaged in an accident over 3 weeks ago & Inspire Motors just keep passing me from one repair shop to the next, only for me calling them and then being told one excuse after another, I am still waiting for the car to be picked up and repaired. Avoid them at all costs, you have been warned they are awful, I will not be renewing my insurance with any company that uses these cowboys.

    The rep was helpful and I can't fault him, but unfortunately they waited 10 days after my RTC to arrange an engineer. I'd already had the car fixed by that time.
