If you ring the main 033 contact line (or the old 0113 no) , your get a long spiel of insurance babel which you are forced to listen to for a minute or two. Then no-one answers the phone -and you are left on hold being told "your time is precious to us..." every 30-60 seconds - yes there is an option to leave a voice mail and be called back, but if they cannot do a simple task of answering the phone, how can you trust them to call back.

After years of providing excellent service, this year I cannot get an answer to any of my calls, I have left messages, emailed, called my usual contact's direct line - no response whatsoever. I have even left a complaint on the website. Other than a "we will get back to you", again nothing. I don't know what has changed, but we'll be moving providers immediately.

I have called numerous times, i have emailed directly to points of contacts i had and also emailed through the website numerous times, not had any contact what so ever! I`m very disappointed with and very frustrated. I need our claims experience which you are obliged to send, hopefully being forced to write a review may get me the contact i need!

Landlord rental insurance. 30% under current insurer and almost 40% under the year befores insurer. Faultless so far...Fantastic result for my company, researched and completed qyickly too, by Marsh specialist Anita Hetherington

Been using these guys for my self employed insurance for years. They're great at finding you the right insurance provider for the more unusual jobs.
