    Shocking customer service. Ive been trying since June 2022 to actually speak to an account manager to talk about my account. Nobody answers the phone and no option to speak to customer services. They just take your money and will not communicate with you. Avoid

    Been trying to contact our account manager for over 12 months in relation to our package, numerous emails and phone calls go unanswered. Stopped paying the bill (Over 1,000 a month) in September in the hope someone would contact me. Each month i get an email from accounts and each time, i reply stating the situation and am promised a call back. 6 months later, here we are, still nothing and no sign of any sort of response. By far the worst dealings I've ever had with a company. Expensive product from a company who couldn't care less about their customers.

    I sold a car in December 2022 and they sent a letter asking for mileage confirmation as the previous owner. I provided all the information they asked for which was which dealer I traded it in at and the mileage at the point of sale and how long I was the owner for. Despite this they continued posting the same letter to me 4 more times. I emailed them after the 3rd letter but in the end I had to contact them on the telephone. No more letters since but no explanation why their system kept sending them 5 times in total.

    I used Cap-HPI to carry out an HPI check on a vehicle yesterday, the check did flag up a notice that the vehicle had been in an accident and I spoke with Mary at Cap-HPI to find out more detail. Honestly the best customer service I have received from any company in years, I can't thank her enough for her help.
