We've ordered from this place before without any issue. However, this time we had a missing curry. The worst part was that after I called to find out what was going on, the person I was talking to on the phone refused to believe me. Having already been charged for the curry, then having not received it, then being called a liar, is awful service. Eventually I managed to persuade him to send a replacement, being told it would take 45 minutes, though no chance of any refund of course. Won't be using Daawat again.

We ordered a curry from Duwaats in Meanwood last night. We have had currys before from here but this one was exceptional! I have to say the best Lamb Saag, Aloo Ghobi, and Mushroom Pilau rice Ive have ever eaten anywhere. We collected from the takeaway and it was lovely and hot and came with poppadoms and chutneys as an extra bonus! I can recommend this little gem of a takeaway . The value for money was amazing and actually ordered for two people and the portions were so generous there was more than enough for 3 people.
