Having recently taken on my first employee, I really needed help and didn't have a clue where to start with all things HR! Nick and the team at HoRde helped me get set up with all the information I needed and answered all of my (often stupid) questions! I'm now set up with all the documents I need, a happy new employee, and know that HoRde are on the end of the phone any time I need them. Problem solved!

We have used Horde Consultancy for over 2 years. As a small company, it isn't financially viable for us to employ our own HR staff so we decided to subscribe to Horde's services. Horde initially compiled our Staff Handbook and got our contracts of employment up to date. Since then, we have used them for a variety HR matters, most recently, a difficult gross misconduct case resulting in dismissal. Nick and Kate dealt with our situation in a professional, impartial way and provided an excellent back up service for us. There may be months when we go without needing advice, but when the going gets tough, it's great to know we can rely on the staff at Horde to point us in the right direction.

I have been delighted with the support we have received from Horde Consultancy.
