Absolutely useless staff, I have lived next door to 'bail accommodation' run by home group, for 10 year, and had numerous problems with nearly every one who is housed there. It's just a party house, the staff don't care about rehabilitating them, as there left to do as they please day and night, untill they become somebody else problem.
