        The breakfast Ive experienced today exceeded all my expectations and I am very impressed with the hard working staff. At first, I was greeted by Sandra and she had a very lovely, positive attitude when welcoming my friend and I to the breakfast. She explained how the buffet works, which was very helpful as I knew where to go. Josephine had such a positive vibe, always smiling and answered all our questions with ease and experience. Josephine even had a conversation with us, which created this safe environment. Stav was amazing, as she kept coming to check up on us and asking if everything is okay. She was very open and kind, which made me comfortable to ask for anything. Overall I am very satisfied about my experience at park plaza; furthermore the food was very good, hot and fresh and there was a lot of options to pick from.
