Mini Hotel leeds

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. My partner booked it as a surprise thinking she had just got a bargen. We got there and I got out the car to see the hotel, it's definitely not a hotel in my books, was above a Kebab shop. We went into the side gate greated by an entrance on back yard with rubbish. Opened the door, closed it behind me damp all over the walls. Toilet near the entrance on ground floor, just couldn't look in there. A shared bathroom and kitchenette further up some tight winding stairs. Opened up our room door. Window the size of an outhouse toilet. A chair as wonky as wonky himself. Bedside lamp screwed to the wall. Holes in the wall where the was old lamps, I think, I wouldn't sit on the bed. We travelled 2hours, It was a busy weekend so couldn't stay anywhere else so went back to another 2hours and had a great night in our home town. I've been to Leeds before and will go again. But Please do not book this place
