        Disappointing: 1- Poor welcoming, I had to ask why we were overcharged. In a normal hotel the staff will either present the bill or explain without me having to read the amount on the card reader and having to ask why it is not the price we booked for. 2 - 16 for a small full English without toast, brown sauce and with hard bacon. 3 - Not very isolated, we could hear the train in a room on the 9th floor.
