I live in the building next door to this. The use of car horns as an indication of wanting to leave/enter the car park is absolutely ridiculous. I get woken up at all hours of the morning & night (today was 6:38am on a Sunday) by people blaring their horns so the site staff will open the gate for them. I refuse to believe there isnt a better and quieter way to leave a residential car park such as electronic remotes or entering a code into the keypad on the side of the gate so that residents arent woken up by (4 so far in the last 20 mins) car horns.
