        Honestly, so disappointing. Theyve been closed for 3 months but havent managed to get minor issues sorted. Window in living room doesnt close, fridge door broken, cigarette burns in the sofa. No welcome pack even though advertised on the website. Spoke to a rude receptionist who said its all due to COVID. I wasnt aware that Tesco stopped selling milk due to covid. Anyway, all that aside they are still charging 400 a night so very disappointing. I would avoid where possible, Quebecs is half the price and COVID doesnt stop them putting milk in your fridge.
