Staff attitude, dated interior. Im a diamond member who stays 9 months within the Hilton Group. This is one of the lowest quality. Stayed here last year so knew exactly what I was getting - worth 100 (same price as a Hampton). Its time to retrain staff, fix the aircon, and re-furnish because there are years of negative reviews on this hotel tarnishing a brand I feel so strongly about. Staff should never request guests voice their full name at the reception with others nearby. Someone may be hard of speaking and secondly, there is no legal requirement as long as sufficient ID is given. Felt like a child trying to enter a club with a disbelieving security guard. Totally unacceptable.

Myself and my partner stayed here for one night. When we arrived at the hotel we were given the wrong room number and had to go back to reception after being embarrassed knocking on someone else's door. We were to be fair given a drinks voucher for the inconvenience. There was only one lift working for the whole hotel and we was on the 12th floor which was really a pain! The hotel was far too hot for our liking, too hot like a sauna. It was hot in every part of the hotel which was very uncomfortable. The bed wasn't the best, you get a better mattress at a Premier Inn. Lastly the parking was not available, we had to walk to the nearest carpark which was ridiculously expensive! All in all we wouldn't stay at this hotel again!
