Bespoke Home Cinemas

We are still waiting for a quote from June 2020 and have had absolutely no response to any of our emails regarding this. Our project was not massive and the budget reflected this. I am guessing here, but if Bespoke are that busy they are in a position to cherry pick projects based on their size (and by definition their budget), they could perhaps consider how this impacts on potential clients who, although perhaps not as likely to spend as much as others, are still willing to invest in their services. If they are indeed that busy that they are unable to respond to any correspondance for five months, perhaps they should consider employing someone to take this on. Unfortunately, we have had similar feedback about Bespoke from a number of other sources. I can only talk about our experience but this is no way to treat customers and not a business model to be proud of. My advice would be to look elsewhere. Update: January 2022 and still waiting for the quote. Nothing. Whats all that about then? They must be REALLY busy. Update May 2023. Nope. Still nothing

We have worked with bespoke home cinemas for nearly 10 years supplying them with fitted carpets for their clients cinema rooms up and down the country, so weve seen their work first hand and therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my clients. Having been involved in these projects Ive learned a little over the years on the importance of sound and light quality and the difference it makes to the overall experience of the cinema once its completed, and this is where the experience and advice bespoke have is vital. Their knowledge and expertise coupled with insane levels of attention to detail make the finished products incredible and we regularly hang around on these jobs just long enough to see the demo films !

Id echo the other reviews for Bespoke Home Cinemas. Personally I found them great to deal with. Gifford never tried to oversell and delivered everything they promised with no fuss and no extra hidden costs. Were delighted so cant say more.

The whole experience from design to completion was superb. Attention to detail was flawless and the final product, in my opinion, award winning. This is not just a cinema. Installing a cinema in a house built in 1866 was not without challenges, but Gifford and his team delivered. Including bespoke ceiling cornicing to match original features shows how far the attention to detail goes. Its not just the tech, but the whole picture. And, due to shipping challenges beyond their control, they pulled out all the stops to get seats personally deliver and installed on Christmas Eve, which just demonstrates how far these guys go to deliver first class service! Overall, we could not have selected a better team to plan, design, install and deliver a top class cinema. Oh, they also do control 4 too!

Wow! What a company! Gifford, Paul and Mel are great people who know their industry inside out. From meeting them on a building site to the finishing product I could not be happier. The technical knowledge Paul and Gifford have is incredible. Phenomenal attention to detail and went way way past our expectations. Loved the renders, loved the experience, loved the conversations and LOVE THE CINEMA! If I ever move again bespoke is the first contractor Im calling! Wow! WISH I COULD GIVE 8 STARS
