We used Alwoodley Construction 8 years ago for a 2-storey extension to our house. They did a great job, and were significantly cheaper than anyone else. We recently extended again, with a single storey kitchen extension and major patio work. We did get competitive quotes, even though we wanted to use Ian & Dave - and again they were good value. They do good work, and are very good at working with you - discussing changes and advising on tweaks. One of the best things about working with them is their flexibility - we did make significant changes throughout the build, and they just took in their stride. They took on the patio paving and walling when we couldn't find a landscape gardener - and did a great job of it. I have no hesitation recommending them - and have done many times. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I have recommended them to friends and family.

Ian and the team did a great job on our extension; bringing together all that was required for a 2storey extension, bathroom, downstairs toilet and utility room. They were considerate builders at a very good rate; that we wouldnt hesitate to use again.

Great experience last year with Ian and his team doing a complex loft conversion. Nothing was too much trouble and we were really happy with the end result. So much so that we've appointed them for some more work at the moment opening up an out building for multi-purpose use. Can't recommend them enough.
