        There's no excuse for not building homes with sustainable energy sources, such as heat pumps, solar panels and batteries. These are way more expensive to retrofit than to include with new build, especially in conjunction with underfloor heating. Yet, Chartford @Burley Wharfedale are still relying on fossil fuels to heat their high value houses.

        Recently moved into development at Drighlington. Excellent service from all the Chartford team from start to finish. Property is immaculate and well finished, all utilities working perfectly. After care so far has been great, any minor snagging being sorted. Highly recommend.

        Really very pleased with my new Chartford Home. This is my third new build property and the quality of the fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. The aftercare service has been first rate - prompt & efficient.

        Do not buy from Chartford Homes. Ongoing issues since 2017 which Chartford chose to ignore. Poor roof construction, now water is penetrating indoors causing damp. Chartford eventually visited last week, said they would rectify but have now gone back on their word. Very very poor customer service. This has not gone away Chartford and we will be taking this further.
