We moved into our Rouse home in January 2022. The whole process, from viewing the site, selecting our plot, choosing options, through to the final checks and moving in, was professionally carried out. The support from both sales and site managers was brilliant. Once we were in our house, we appreciated the high standards, of design, build, fixtures and fittings. The house felt like a home, right from the start. We've now been in the house for four months, and could not be happier. The building team are still on site, and nothing is too much trouble for the site manager and his team. Any small niggles are sorted straightaway. 100% recommend. Service: Home building

DO NOT BUY A ROUSE HOME!!! This builder can not build houses to a satisfactory standard, we waited over a year for our property to be built but wish we hadn't bothered. Where shall I start? Cracked and marked sanitaryware, radiators not level, floors not fixed to joists correctly, kitchen units all marked, cables not connected in switches, boiler constantly firing for a whole 7 days, no socket or washing machine feed installed in garage, all woodwork going yellow, wall in kitchen not plumb, stone cills under window constantly cracking, silicone constantly coming away, no end cap on guttering, stairs constantly creaking, silestone worktop dropping, holes in driveway, tiles cracked, windows not opening correctly, stone work externally not plumb, screw holes popping through ceiling. The list is endless I could go on and on. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS! The customer care team are rude and unhelpful and any issues will not be dealt with. We are now getting legal advice in regards to all the above. A 400k home should be built to a better standard. AVOID THIS BUILDER AT ALL COSTS!!!
