Lee and his team boarded out my loft space, put in a bigger hatch and installed a ladder. They did a fab job, really pleased with it. They turned up on time completed the job within the day as promised and even cleaned up after themselves. Really pleased with the result and wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Over the moon with my new storage space.

Lee has done numerous jobs at our house and every single one was done with incredible skill. Lee has installed different types of panelling and also built a false wall to house log stores, TV, oak beam and fireplace. We had internal doors from our kitchen into the hallway installed too- we couldnt find what we wanted until Lee sourced and fitted them. Lee had brilliant ideas and understood our vision perfectly. Lee, Nick and the team are brilliant. We are over the moon with our dormer loft conversion! The standard of their work is superb - Ill post pictures once the scaffolding is down they will be on their Facebook page too. It was a pleasure having them in the house, which cannot be said for some builders, they were very diligent and didnt leave mess at all. The team are all personable, friendly and likeable which is important when they are in your house for weeks on end. We spoke with around eight specialist loft conversion companies and by far were most impressed with the sales process from Maple Tree/Lee.they are not salesy or pushy like some of the other companies and you genuinely feel they are pricing the work correctly, again unlike some who clearly think a loft conversion is a licence to print money! The value for money feels good as they work very hard to deliver, impressive, its like a well-oiled machine taking the roof of and getting the steals. 5 star builders. Lee and Nick took all my worries and anxieties away as soon as we met them. They crack on with the job and are honest and fab at communication throughout. I had 2 builds done. A loft conversion with ensuite and a garage conversion with a dorma. Nothing negative to say about MapleTree. Wishing you every success. Sam and Paul

Lee, Nick and team recently completed our loft conversion. They were friendly, professional, and flexible, and when off-site were always responsive to our enquiries. We are very pleased with the final loft space, and with the other trades they engaged to complete the plumbing, electrics etc. In particular, we were grateful for their input regarding the internal layout, and with additional work that we asked to be completed alongside the loft conversion.
