Heal.Move.Release

Instinct told me that I needed to see Meg before things 'progressed' - as it turned out, one week before UK lockdown in March 2020. And as it turned out, instinct was right: an embodied reminder of the power held in human touch, especially when the practitioner can direct as mindfully as Meg can. It was our first physical encounter but I felt we communicated on many planes as her hands channeled their magic. Her acute awareness and ability to tune in to my body meant she could find tension and create space in places I didn't even know existed. I have been riding a new flow of energy since our session, and look forward to the day that physical human connection is not only restored but redefined as a form of life nourishment.

Megan is a star! Really great at what she does. Always feel supported and comfortable. I first went to her to deal with back and neck pains that were making my life hard and hopeless. Her massages helped relieve the pain and she gave me some things to do at home that helped me work with it in my own time. Its real;y important to have hope in my body and being pain-free again. It has made such a difference and ill keep going back. Recommend!

Meg is really good at her job. She's knowledgeable, makes you feel relaxed and is really helping me to heal my tissue and muscles from a road traffic accident over a year ago. I have tried other alternative therapies, but Meg has done more in a short space of time than all of them combined. I would highly recommend her.

I've had several healing sessions with Heal.Move.Relase and have have wonderful experiences with them all. They are followed up with detailed information to absorb and take away until next time. Recommended!
