I highly recommend a visit to Halo for a perfect service, a very friendly experience and the salon is exceptionally clean. Michael was very patronising and unpleasant when talking to me. I felt uncomfortable with him whilst getting my hair done. Also I told him that he was hurting me and ripping my hair out when he was brushing, but instead of being a bit gentler he just ignored me and carried on. He did what I asked in the end, but it was a very simple haircut. Just to trim the split ends, and he charged me 50 for that! 50 just for cut, wash and finish. Not even styling was offered! This is unacceptable! Even Russel Eaton the second best hair salon in the country doesnt charge that much. Also when I called on the phone they named a different price thats why I agreed to book. Very poor customer service and scam prices. I wont be returning. Service: Hairstyling

Halo is a amazing. I can't thank Micheal enough for sorting out my hair. After a bad experience at a different salon I was left distraught with a hair colour that wasn't right for me. Micheal took his time and carefully went through the colour chart, I knew I could trust him straightway. He got the colour spot on, I love it, and he cut my hair to perfection. He is exceptional. Not one flaw from planning to execution. This is a salon of the highest standard. It's clean, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend it and will definitely going back! Took my partner here & she wanted this particular style and colouring. Colouring hasnt finished yet but cutting style is the top quality where she has been different places before & they never got it right which annoyed me as well but HALO knows what they are doing when it comes to hair styling .
