I originally left a 2 star review on Treatwell and the reply I received from the salon warrants a 1 star review so leaving this here to warn others of this salon. I went in for a wet haircut, the hairdresser pulled and scratched my hair during washing and the service was very rushed. I shower her a picture of what I wanted and she said that style was not achievable with my hair which I accepted and we then agreed on something else. The result was not what we agreed at all, my hair is choppy and was cut in a rush. Another hairstylist confirmed it was done badly. The hairdresser let me leave with dripping wet hair which I mentioned in my Treatwell review. This never happened to me, not even in the cheapest salon I ever went to. The salons reply was that I was asked if I wanted it dried and I denied - a ridiculous lie. The hairdresser rushed through the whole process and couldnt wait to get it done - they called this efficient service in their reply to my Treatwell review. Another laughable statement. Keep away from this salon, its not even comparable to a village salon. You will be treated like your business is not wanted and they have absolutely no skills in dealing with hair in a nice manner - your hair will get pulled, your scalp scratched and theyll call that efficient service. Their customer service team has no skills in dealing with customers either, but they have the audacity to lie in their replies to bad reviews. Service: Hairstyling
