Incredibly rude and snotty staff

Very rude staff, first off told us we werent allowed to purchase contact lenses without providing a photo of passport to prove they were for someone over 18, returned to purchase them with photo and my daughter was rudely spoken to by an older member of staff for touching some of the items, plenty of other children touching things that the other staff didnt have an issue with, when I then tried to purchase an item I told her I would like to be served by someone else as she was rude, to be then spoken down to by another member of staff of the same age, told them not to bother as I wouldnt purchase from them ever again. Both need to go on a customer service course and realise children are going to want to touch all the different fidget toys they have on display at child height.

I would give 0 starts if I could!!! The staff here are nothing but rude have no customer service skills and have no idea what so ever about what's going on or how to serve a customer I have been to shop here twice and have left nothing but disappointed n appalled at the rude behaviour by all the staff. NEVER SHOPPING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Wish I didn't have to leave one star!! What a diabolical place. Went with my young daughters who were looking at all the fidget toys. These toys are designed to be squeezed and obviously played with. My daughter who's 9 was looking at them and approached by a middle aged curly haired woman who very abruptly and rudely told her not to squeeze them, was there to buy some with her birthday money and was left very upset at being shouted at by this woman who had absolutely no need to shout and talk to her the way she did for doing nothing wrong. Plenty of other places about that sell em would take money elsewhere.

Fantastic, smart, motivated, and inspirational people who genuinely care about each other and their clients, especially Aamina Hussain for her excellent customer service, you've outdone your team. Well done, keep up the hard work. Definitely recommended
