        If your looking for quality now this is your place (both Leeds and Harrogate). Rachel, Beth, Jo and the rest of the team are brilliant. Ive been coming now for eight months and I highly recommend to both men and women.

        I cant recommend Rachel, Beth and the team at North enough! They are experienced, knowledgeable and highly motivating trainers at this contemporary North Leeds Studio. Ive been training here for almost two years now, participating in HiiT, Boxing & Strength classes and still absolutely love it! Every class is different, yet always challenging, for all levels of fitness. The studio is fab, the tunes are fresh, with classes and trainers that are five star! Follow that with the finest juice/shake/coffee from the Refuel bar, there is no way youll leave this place without that feel good factor! So if youre looking for a welcoming, small group studio class to improve your fitness, then this is the place for you.
