They wont let me leave I had a 14 day grace period and requested to cancel during the 14 days. They wont let me cancel and the lady I spoke to on the phone was really rude and unhelpful, didnt take any of my details told me a manager would call me back and I have not heard anything. They have taken the payment this month and in the cost of living crisis its just completely unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone joining this gym theyre extremely pushy getting you to sign up and then mislead you into thinking you have a grace period. I also never signed a contract and the entire transaction was done via whats app call. Having read other reviews about how people are being scammed, with money being taken from their accounts without permission as well as debt collectors chasing over a gym membership il be contacting the financial ombudsman for further advice.

Finally returned to the gym this week. Thankfully the friendly and helpful member of the team behind reception helped me set up my account/password reset so I could train straight away that day and even sorted a locker out for me since I forgot my padlock

Love this gym- dark lighting makes it easier to feel a bit more confident. Staff friendly, coffee good, all round a great gym!
