UltraFlex - Gym in Leeds

The last time i went to this place, there was a bald guy at the reception with tattoos. I had walked in with a few friends and i had used my finger print to access the gym, as i was a member at this point. Whilst waiting for my friends to get a day pass, the receptionist singled me out and asked me to scan in again. I can see no other reason for this but that he was racist. I appreciate he wanted to be certain, but there are other ways of dealing with this. Even a more positive and nicer approach would have sufficed. If you are of an ethnic minority with some melanin, i would stay away from this gym. It was a horrible experience and I never went back, despite being a member.

Brilliant gym, amazing staff and equipment is the best of the best. These guys really care about their gym and are always improving the equipment and service they offer. Highly recommended
