It's got a mix of both amazing and cruel people in here (which is very likely the same in every single Jobcentre, to be honest), which means it's not exactly great but it isn't bad, either. The most tedious thing about the Jobcentre 's, of course, is the fact that you have to attend regularly to keep your benefits, although I also understand why (sadly, not every1 does).

Some staff are extremely helpful but others not so much. There's no need for some staff to be so rude to customers. There needs to be a clearer understanding of what happens for those who are moving into employment from legacy and new style benefits/universal credit. You start to feel like a burden to those who are meant to be here to offer help. This is not the best way to assist unemployed people into employment
