What a great service. I called because I didn't have time to go in the shop. Amy was so friendly to speak to and gave me some amazing recommendations and was wrapped perfectly and sent that day. Wish I could have popped into the shop as it looks amazing from the photos but I couldn't recommend the gift box any more!

I emailed Amy at The Gift Box as I wanted to send my colleague a hamper as a leaving gift. We discussed budget and Amy sent me a few options of what to put in, the whole process was seamless and she even did a hand written card to pop in the package. The hamper itself was gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, I had a look around for some hampers before hand but nothing looked that great, so I'm really pleased I emailed The Gift Box. Once the package had been dispatched and received Amy kept me up to date. 10/10 customer service and products
