Hawthorn Surgery

I have been a patient for many years and the care from the doctors and reception was designed to give excellent service. Ive noticed since the main doctors retired the quality of the service started to drop. Ive just tried to book an appointment where there is no option if you are a worker. You cant forward book and I am unable to call at 7.30 as Im already at work and there is no gte you will get an appointment. I question this with reception and she said thats all thats available. I feel if you work you get penalised

Ridiculous, can't believe I've ringing them since 7:30 phone was constantly busy I think they just put it away time to change surgery now. Enough is enough.

This surgery used to be good, helpful and prompt appointments. Not sure what's happened in the last couple of months but now have zero appointments and don't allow you to book any in the future. Just told to ring 111 if urgent or go to a walk in centre - except my issue is a long standing one and needs following up with my GP. Have tried over the past few months to get in, so it's with a heavy heart I'm now changing surgerys. The second star is for Hawthorn used to be like.

This surgery didn't take calls when I ring them to take urgent appointments they close the line.

My name is Raza, and I have been with the surgury for more than a year now. I was skeptical at first but the amount of care i have received from the receptionists and doctors, is just unbelievable.
