South Bank Surgery

I would like to express my sincere gratitude at all staff at the surgery. Up until the start of this year Ive not needed to use the surgery often. However both myself and my son have needed to use the NHS services over the past three months on more than one occasion. Every time I have called I have been greeted with the most lovely, thoughtful, and caring staff. They listened and have made me at ease and felt like an individual person. It cant be an easy job at all and to have the skill of been able to talk to each person and treat them so well is a credit to each and every person who answers the phone or deals with patients face to face. The doctors, nurse practitioner, and nurses have been amazing. They have seen myself or my son or called back within the hour or two, dealt with out ailments and needs so efficiently and have been so caring in doing so. The level of professionalism from all have been unprecedented. In the times that we are in, its so important to highlight good service and simply say thank you. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Never answer phone been ringing since 8am this morning it's now 8.55 and still no answer, receptionist need doing away with they are extremely rude and erupt talk to you like dirt don't deserve a job on a phone!!!

I joined this practice 3 years ago when it was just Drs Khan and Muneer. I had deep misgivings when it merged with The Whitfield Practice which I am happy to say have so far proved unfounded. Would happily recommend to anyone.

No comment..not recomend.. Doctors are fine but ladies in office shouldnt work there..they are rude ...i would give less than one star if possible.

The only surgery I know that I can get through to on a morning. They have been very helpful and offered same day appointments when needed.
