Got 10in memory foam mattress it's so comfy I was suffering from a bad back I've had no pain since getting this mattress just amazing waking up backache free

Exceptional service from start to finish! Bed and mattress ordered and couldnt be happier with it, very comfy and stable. The owner even drove nearly 2 hours to me as the slats was missing and personally delivered them that same day, very polite and efficient service and would highly recommend. Every aspect of this process was excellent. I purchased an Art deco bed and foam mattress from crafted beds. 1. customer service and communication are outstanding. I never waited 5 minutes for a response when I enquired about delivery times and bed design. 2. I asked for my bed to be made faster, and they did everything they could to accommodate me. 3. They provided me with swatches, and the names were handwritten, which was just a nice personal touch. and the fabric is such nice quality too! 4. The assembly was perfect. both the delivery drivers and crafted beds communicated with me on my delivery day. they assembled my bed super quick, with no mess or hassle, and placed the mattress on top. 5. they followed up with an email to make sure I was happy, and I was! The foam mattress is super comfortable. The bed is just like the picture, very well made, with perfect finishing, and neatly done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
