The only good thing about YPP is the few employees which makes your life easier on a daily basis. Ryan at the building is always so helpful with every information and always there to help when parcels are being delivered to drop them in my flat! I have done my contract initially with Jaber at the sales office and has always answered and helped with all my enquiries. Besides that the rent prices are just insane for what you get and with the fact that once one of the sales representative entered my flat without permission/notice is really disappointing and makes you loose confidence in the company and your own safety. The company manager did apologise however this incident did make me and my friends loose our trust in the company.
