A huge thank you to Katrina & Paul for dealing with my Dad's funeral arrangements. From the very first call they have been utterly professional kind compassionate & understanding in every aspect of dealing with our family from looking after dad after he passed away at St.Gemmas right through to his funeral at Lawnswood Crematorium.They made what was a very sad time bearable for us all. Amazing customer service so supportive and patient & understanding everything was so straight forward apart from things didnt go smoothly with payments on our side but Katrina & Paul understood and helped us anyway they could which Im truly grateful for.
