Following the passing of my wife, I was recommended by a friend to contact Wm Dodgson Moortown. From our initial meeting with Andy and subsequent contact with Nancy, Craig and other colleagues, all aspects of the arrangements, including on the day, were dealt with in a friendly, efficient and helpful way, which made it all so much easier for us.

Wm. Dodgson & Son were consummately professional, kind, courteous and respectful. I would particularly like to thank Andy, Sonia and David who helped me through an obviously difficult time, and I really feel that my mum was in the very best of hands, treated with care, dignity and respect and it gave me great comfort to know that. I, too, felt looked after, and I am immensely grateful for all the gracious help I received every step of the way.

From the initial phone call to Dodgson's (Moortown branch) to after the funeral we were treated with compassion, empathy, patience and dignity. Have used Wm Dodgson on Harrogate Road for the funeral services for both my Mum and Dad. I would rate them very highly for their caring, supportive and emphatic service. They were attentive, in regular communication and did a very professional job on the day of the funeral. A big thank you to Andy and the wider team for making a difficult time more bearable.
