I'd like to thank Paul and his team for how sensitively and efficiently they handled my auntie's funeral. The whole process was made much easier, especially as I'd never organised a funeral before and was having to do it from afar. Paul was quick to reply to any questions I might have and he guided me through all the various aspects; flowers, donations, order of service, choosing music etc. It couldn't have been handled better, thank you.

My mother sadly passed away, and I was directed to Caroll & Caroll! Paul, was extremely helpful and sensitive in this difficult period for our family. He took, all the stress and worry, with his professionalism, knowledge and experience. Paul liaised with the hospital in relation to collecting my mother, he arranged our appointments with The Holy Rosary Church, the florist and printed order of service. Can not fault carols and carols, Paul was amazing and communicated all.the way through,.went above and beyond, would definitely recommend and would be the first funeral sevice I would contact if I ever needed to use one again, thanks guys!!
