I would just like to say a huge thank you to all that cared for late mother in law buta special thank you to Emma and Victoria who went above and beyond to make this sad time as easy as possible. The care and respect shown to her was absolutely second to none and the service provided was outstanding. But most of all I would like to thank them for looking after my wife in this extremely sad and emotional time. They guided her through the process with total compassion and sympathy and nothing was too much trouble for them from Start to finish. Knowing we had such a brilliant set of people but especially Emma behind us helped my wife so so much with the loss of her mum and that can never be repaid. Also want to thank Peta for a wonderful service and the help she provides to make the day special and respectful and the guidance she gave before. I can't thank you and the team enough

Huge thanks on behalf of us all to Moira and Jo who have gone above and beyond to provide deeply personal and dignified care to my dad during his time with them and on the day of the funeral. At such a sad time it is difficult to organise arrangements for a funeral but both ladies were so helpful, understanding, kind and professional in their duties. They made a very difficult time so much easier to manage and we are very grateful to them. Thank you.

I am distressed to see such a poor review of this business. I just wish it to be known that Horace Webster & Son themselves have had no connection with this business since they sold it just over 40 years ago (Sept 1976) . At that time it was a thriving concern, with an excellent reputation, highly regarded by the local community.
