Very POOR customer service. Woman sat behind the counter on her phone with hardly a friendly smile, plus takeaway was empty and lifeless.
Also she looked at me as if I had turned up to rob the place however it was ME that was robbed!
I was ripped-off to the tune of 5.50 for a meal that normally costs 3.50. So OK, the chips cost an extra 1.99 but it was actually included in the very same meal (so it says via the description on the wall menu!). The same meal that I could have paid 3.50 for! The docile woman explained prices had gone up.. Sorry?... What?.. Within 5mins?!
What a DUMB reply!
I will give this business another 2 years before it's finally closed down.
A total waste of land space!
