Excellent range of products. They have more meal ranges and more meals per pack than any other competitor. Comes packed well and stores easily. No complaints, basically what you want from a company.

Great service and very helpful. Love the food too,. I got the sample pack to try it, then got a few months supply of the food. I'm impressed it lasted 25 years. I will be buying from them again in the future.

Food tastes good but the company is dishonest. A can with 800 g only contained 714 g, and a can with 1190 g only contained 1060 g. I wrote to the company but got no answer from them suggesting they are doing it on purpose. It is a 11 % deviation and is surely not a coincidence. People should weigh the content and confront the company with it and post it here if it continues.

Only get four stars I'm afraid. I've been a returning customer to EFS (four orders in 2018, three in 2019) and bought many items over the years (packets, tins, boxes of tins, equipment) and their products are second to none. Delivery is pretty quick and their overall service is excellent. However, they do lose a star for pricing. I've been following their prices since late 2017 and grab stuff when I see a bargain. I calculate price per item, price per tin, and work out the best deal for me. The last two years I have looked at their Black Friday deals and have been disappointed to say the least. Same offer as last year... "up to 50% off". UP TO. So basically from what I can gather they put a big discount of stock they want to shift or items that aren't selling and no discount to the items that are actually any good. Furthermore, I have noticed a price increase across the board with perhaps only a small handful of products that have remained the same or been reduced. Or my personal favourite, make it look like a deal by just knocking 10% off an inflated RRP. For example, the 3 month (12 tin) pack used to be 410 at 34.17 a tin back in 2018, and a 10% discount would bring it down to 369, or 30.75 a tin. Now, same product is 420 with a 'huge' saving of 35 to 385. Not really a great saving in my eyes. I would expect more for BF. Other holiday sales have been better. NB: back in September this year the same product was 399, now 420 RRP on BF. Cheeky... if you were selling at 360 (10% off) I would have bought one. I buy when they just give a 10-15% discount across the board for holidays and let people buy what they wish. In truth, they would go down to 3 stars as they don't do Blue Light or Military discount. Shame on you. Help those who help others. But because of the products they sell they will remain a four but it's definitely something I'm passionate at seeing. What about it EFS?? Commit to the Military Covenant?? I would recommend their products and will continue to buy from in the future. Just unfortunate I would like to buy more products but not at these 'sale' prices; only one offer I can see that's any good this BF. C'est la vie. Do your research and make up your own mind I guess :)
