I wasn't 100% happy with what I received when I ordered online, but The Plant Point responded very quickly, were very accommodating, and made me a new terrarium that I love!

Staff talk down to us whenever we go in and the times weve bought plants they were just repotted - two were root bound, one had root rot and another infected and killed some of our other plants
