Whatever you do, Do not put your pension with this company . Me and my dad are so close to contacting my lawyer over the way they are handling my mothers pension . She passed in February 2023 . Asked for an orginal death cerifcate ( according to my lawyer you don't have to send an orginal ) . Anyway we did and this death certicate managed to somehow get lost . So we had to pay 10 for another one . We now have to send another 3 birth cerficatesfor children and a marriage certicate . Why would this even matter when my dad is the sole name to claim the pension . Life insurance took 5 days this is taking months .Also noted on the letter was they don't by law have to pay out the pension which is bascially theft . If this goes on any longer expect a claim via the courts

I phoned TPT several times as I was experiencing log in issues. Both times I was put through to the same person, Laura, Scottish accent, who was absolutely lovely, very helpful and great customer service. It's a shame it's not been the same experience across the board for everyone else. Ask for Laura, she's a star.

am in the prosses of drawing my pension pot 1 thing after another says my documents would be on the system in 2 days still waiting 2 weeks later if was to recommend a pension company it would not be these 10/02/23 seams posting here you get a quicker response than through your msg service 16/02/23 what a joke phoned 15/02/23 again to find nothing has been possessed since last phone call then today received a email stating that a complaint has been logged and would take upto 20 days to look into Seriously keep away from this company

Hands down the worst customer service I have experienced in the last decade. Something that should have taken a few weeks and been perfectly straightforward took over 6 months and huge amounts of unnecessary time, energy and frustration. So glad I did eventually manage to transfer my pension to another provider and therefore will never have to interact with this organisation again. Do yourself a favour, pick literally any other provider and save yourself a mountain of stress.

It would be better to be paid my pension Monthly rather than 3 monthly. This would make it easier to budget especially now during all of the financial uncertainty at the moment .
