Inspire Payments

I was approached by a rep back last year and I decided to use inspire payments, this now seems to have been a really bad idea!, no one came out to set the terminal up like promised and I have now wasted 100s of pounds paying for a device thats still in the bag it came in. Ive tried and tried to cancel this contract because I dont trust this company at all with the level of service that Ive been provided and no one wants to help or can understand my point they just want nearly 600 off me to cancel even though Ive never put a penny through it. Very disappointed and has caused a massive amount of stress

I have never treated like this in my life before. Agreed a deal with them faster payments and that's a big lie used once and called not happy because of money in my bank 4days later,printing functions etc etc.okey i would like to cancel cause you didn't deliver:you have to pay 630+VAT for cancellation. Dishonesty, lies,scam scam warning you this is not a honest buisness. Trading standards has been called. I will never pay that money over my dead body... come and take it .

We were chased by a rep who promised us a better service and great coverage for the handset. The handset arrived and didnt work, so I rang for a SIM card to be delivered, yet again this wasn't supplied. I have since sent the machine back but they are still hounding for payment for a machine pressure sold and has never actually worked. They have now sold us on to a debt collector, when we are not in the wrong here, guess what no Rep to be seen! Never even called back to see it worked.

Disgusting Scammers. Be aware. Was approached by a salesman named Jonathan (who has left the company) tied me in some really dodgy contract. Asked the company to cancel the account, they said they would. Ended up being charged monthly 2 years down the line. Rang them up and have had no clear explanation to whats going on.
