Went to bfc spent a fair amount of money to get home the wings was raw in the middle the doner was very grisly and dry chips undercooked very disgraceful wouldn't feed it to my dog and the customer service is beyond a joke go as far as to say worse than there food which is a flat fat 0

I recently visited BFC Chickens shop and was disappointed with the quality of the food I received. I ordered fried chicken, but unfortunately it tasted stale and not fresh. Additionally, the service was not up to par. While the staff were friendly, my order took longer than expected to be prepared. Overall, I would not recommend this shop, as the food seemed old and the service was lacking.This shop was good and quality a year ago but not recently,,its waste of money n manger who run it just ruined it .

I recently bought from BFCs take away shop and I was disappointed to find out that the fried chicken I received was out of date. Not only was it unsafe to eat, but it also tasted stale and unappetizing.and smell as sardine!! Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the manger , I received poor customer service and no apology. So I reported it to Uk food standard n lcc .I will not be returning to this restaurant and I would not recommend it to others.
