I visited the store around 1:00 am, there was a guy who was serving us, I dont know the name, but he was not at all looking interested in serving us, we asked for couple of things and he behaved rudely and asked my partner to see on the menu if we need any information, I went to manager to complaint about that and she was not at all interested either, we felt a racist behaviour towards us as after us some british drunk customers came and got served nicely but being and asian or not a white customer, I could clearly observe racist behaviour from the staff and manager, this is not at all acceptable and if anyone else receives the same customer experience then we all should definitely stop visiting these type of branches and stores so that they start valuing their customers. The manager was complete racist and not at all interested in listening to the customers feedback even though the restaurant was completely empty and not busy at all. It will be great for the #subway image if they can look into these kind of issues and behavioural approach from their staff towards the customers specially when they treat unequally and discriminate their customers who are not britishers or white.
