McDonald's

Every time we go to this McDonald's they either get the order wrong or forget part of the order.

Unbelievably slow. End up shouting a reminder about your order over the counter. Staff are on another planet. Theyre apologetic after the fact but this place really needs stronger management.

Fri Apr 28 2023 at 6:47:05 am i ordered my meal through the selve serve kiosk which didnt have any paper in to print the recipt , the restaurant was empty so i expected my meal to arrive soon, it didnt and they were items missing, when i questioned about the missing items, the rude staff member rolled her eyes back and took my bag off food from me, she then said she had to cook some hash browns from frozen so i had to wait until they were cooked, by the time i got my meal off the rude staff member with a badd attitude, the rest of my food was cold, i was going to go back up to the counter but i had to leave as i needed to get to work, another customer had waited 20mins for a coffee, when he questioned the lady with the bad attitude, she snapped at him by saying "its in the kitchen", will never use this restaurant again and nor any other mcdonalds
