The manager that was working on 26th of May felt like a dictator, shouting across to his staff behind counter from opposite side of room, does not give out that welcoming vibe whatsoever. Yet he still failed to get orders out on time. Advised that my order would take 20mins ended up being nearly 45mins. When asked how long left he said 4mins ended up being another 10mins+ but not one apology from the manager was what frustrated me. By time I got the meal my friends has all finished and we just packed the food to eat at home.

This was a fantastic restaurant to dine in at, with flashy designs and slogans on the walls! The staff were friendly, helping when the app was not adding my first order with the 20% off and the collection point is very up-to-date. My Frankster Burger with chips and a Lotus Biscoff shake was delicious, portions are large with plenty of sauces and the leather seating is a nice touch! Parking: large number of spots in the retail outlet's car park
